Ohm James! An electric Rolls

ROLLS Royce has unveiled its first electric car - a Phantom EX102 at the powerful price of £1MILLION.

The top-end motor has zero emissions and costs 2p per mile to run, compared to 40p for a regular Phantom.

Fully charged it has 125-mile range, does 0-60mph in eight seconds, two more than the petrol version, and can hit 100mph.

The car is charged through its 96 lithium-ion battery cells for 20 hours on the mains.

It was unveiled with its special Spirit of Ecstasy mascot, left, all lit up at the Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland yesterday.
